This is the page where all the legal information is found and as such the you can and you cant do's.
It is a very long process going through every thing in order to say this belongs to and that belongs too.
So to make it brief and short, Herenkoa, District, and Final Earth belong to final games and most of it David Parrish as with out his brain working over time then nothing would exist.
Not every thing can be copy righted or be IP (Intellectual Property ) so things like dwarfs, elves, vampires and werewolves are free game as always.
Fallout, does not belong to us in any way shape or form, it is IP & copy righted by interplay PLC, and as such belongs to them, we reproduce the original table top game from fallout tactics without permission and if they asked we would remove it, though its been here a few years now and they haven't.
Okay and Betheseda kind of own the IP for fallout now as well, so it also kind of belongs to them, not sure on all the legal details of that. Though they do now own the rights to it as they are the guys behind fallout 3 and I know there are some contract stuff kicking about in there as well so if some one wants to e-mail us about this so we can amend this page then go ahead please do.
